Sometimes we may experience external factors that occur which might cause shipping delays. If your order is taking longer  than usual to arrive please contact the shipping courier that's handling your parcel, if you can't get through to them please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the situation.

Depending on the value of your order, parcels shipped outside the UK may incur additional charges such as import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay these charges and rejecting the package will result in a refund deduction. The deduction will cover the original shipping charges, any import fee that may have been incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the parcel to our warehouse.
