Returns/ Exchanges are only accepted under strict conditions.
We understand that your preferences may change from time to time. If the fit isn’t ideal or you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if tags or security ribbons have been removed.
Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To Start An Return/ Exchange:
First, send us an email

Please Include the following information within the email:
-Your name
-Order number
-Name & size of the item you originally bought
-Name & size of the desired item (If applicable)
-A brief description of the issue you've experienced.
If your return/ exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you wish exchange your item for a pricier alternative, a gift card will need to be purchased to cover the price difference.
It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by 23Lavish London when items are sent back, we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking.
We are not responsible for any item(s) unsuccessfully returned back to our office; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the returns delivery is successful. In the event of an unsuccessful item return, we will not be liable to offer an exchange on the item(s).
DAMAGES & OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Regarding refunds, the inclusion of the original shipping cost is determined on a case-by-case basis.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (OUTSIDE THE UK)
We understand that our international customers may be disappointed, as exchanges aren't available at this time. However, if you're looking to exchange your item, we do provide the alternative of credit notes. It's important to keep in mind that any potential fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
